has named both Denver and Colorado Springs as two of the top 25 cities ready for a real estate rebound.
The magazine noted several factors which make the real estate
market look more attractive in our Colorado Cities than other places in the country:

There is not as much inventory (homes on the market) as other
parts of the country.

Our median price range (just over $200K) is lower than
other's.
-
Colorado remains a desirable place to retire.
-
Our economy is deversified.
