    As an added feature, our in-house photographer will take numerous pictures of your property. We then use both photos and animation to grab the searching person's attention. On, when buyers are searching by zip code, your home will be periodically displayed as the featured home.

    Once we list your property, we become your partner. A notice of any showing by any agent, is immediately sent to our office. In turn we call that agent and ask for feedback on the showing. This feedback is recorded and reported to you in a mailed or e-mailed bi-weekly report. Additionally, our Listing Agents often call with updates and real estate developments as they occur.
